This Wok is manufactured from professional 1.8mm heavy gauge carbon steel which distributes heat quickly and evenly, for serious Asian cooking. It is safe for use with metal utensils and suitable for all types of hob, with a flat base for better stability. It is also fitted with a traditional wood, stay cool fully assembled handle. All carbon steel woks must be seasoned before first use.
