This Cleaver has been hand forged in Winnipeg Manitoba, crafted from 1084 High Carbon steel in order to make a durable and tough blade that will stand up to heavy abuse and chopping. Each knife features a satin finished blade, while showcasing the hammer marks left over from the hand forging process. Comfort is key; the ergonomic handle fits comfortably and ensures it stays in your hand during use. Each knife comes with East Indian Rosewood handle and blue liners to match the other knives in our BBQ line, the Brisket Knife, BBQ Slicer, and Trimming Knife.
