This easy to use tortilla press is made from sturdy cast aluminum and has a diameter of 6 inches / 15.5 cm. Simply place balls of dough into the center of the tortilla press and apply pressure with the lever. The dough is now flattened into a round and flat tortilla. A tortilla recipe is also included.
