The GS Series is a classic collection of small and medium-sized knives with weighted hollow handles. What is a bagel knife? Well it took a long time to explain to our Japanese suppliers what a bagel was and why we eat so many of them. At 16cm it is good enough for most loaves of bread and it is also a cheaper option than buying the full G-9. It is excellent for slices of large tomatoes as well. This medium-sized knife incorporates a serrated edge to easily cut items with thicker skin or crust and soft interiors like tomatoes, baguettes, sausages and cheese.
