Kikuichi Swedish Warikomi Damascus Santoku 10 in.. This is a beautiful Damascus knife that holds a really sharp cutting edge with easy maintenance. Steel used in this knife is AEB-L for the optimum cutting performance and is heat treated to HRC 60. These knives are hand made in Sakai and have excellent fit and finish. The handles are made with rosewood and are octagonal.
