300 gr of soft tofu
1/2 cup of vegan mayonnaise
1/4 cup of pesto
1 garlic clove
2 cups of spinach
2 green onions
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in the Vitamix recipient and lock the cover.
- Select the “Dips” program and mix for 1 minute.
- Serve in a bowl with your favorite veggies and/or crackers !
